Today we look at the second commandment:
"Save the important chorus words for the chorus."
If you are writing a song about grace, then trim the word "grace" from everything but your chorus. Why? Because you want the word to stay special after 3 choruses.
Dig deep. Find another way to say what you must. But keep your treasured words from becoming too familiar.
